Over the last few months I have been finding the combination of dancehall/bashment with UK funky completely irresistable. Stush's voicing on Hard House Banton's Sirens, or Maxwell D's Funky Funky Funky mixtape with DJ Sidies (which you can download here btw) featuring vocals on many of the current funky anthems, have regularly appeared on my warm-summer playlists.So time, I thought, to record a version of a mash up I've been recently featuring in my live sets, featuring the vocal (and riff) from Natasja and Enur's huge Bonfire track and NB Funky favourite Riddim Box.
